Zumba is a fun, addictive dance fitness inspired by Latin and International rhythms. Join this exercise in disguise and dance the calories away! No dance experience is necessary, as long as you're having fun, you're doing it right. All levels are welcome. The choreography is easy-to-follow, and the hour will go by fast. Ditch the workout, join the party!


Congratulations! You are about to venture into one of the most exciting and innovative exercise programs of this generation. Our invigorating workouts will incite, provoke and propel you into higher levels of fulfillment than you have experienced with past workouts. Our energized instructors will encourage, motivate and cheer you on as they watch you push yourself toward a leaner and stronger body.

Cardio-Aero Kickboxing is an excellent way to lose weight. Muscle and Fitness Magazine has rated this form of exercise as the "number one" calorie burning workout. In an extensive one hour workout, as many as 800 calories can be burned! Compare this to running or bike riding. Nothing compares!

You do not need to be in good shape to start training. All levels are welcome. You can work at your own pace, and as your cardiovascular system improves, you can pick up speed. The choreography is easy to follow for everyone! If you have been exercising regularly, we assure you that this program will drive you to work harder than traditional workouts.

Improve Toning and Flexibility

Your body will improve with regular training in Cardio-Aero Kickboxing. You'll see tighter buns, flatter stomachs, toned legs, and greatly strengthened upper bodies. Our workouts aren't only aerobic. We do our share of anaerobic exercises, which will improve the entire condition of your entire body. We begin our classes with stretches and end the hour with crunches. We promise results!

Learn How to Defend Yourself AND Exercise!

Every movement that you make in our Cardio-Aero Kickboxing program can potentially lead to saving your life. You will learn valuable self-defense techniques and instruction in each class. You'll have fun as you learn how to jab, kick, punch and block your way to safety. If you are interested in deepening your knowledge of self-defense, you may transfer your Cardio-Aero Kickboxing membership to a Tae Kwon Do membership at a very low cost. If you choose to do this, your kickboxing lessons are free!
